Who you are buying from

This shop is operated by Jewels of Joy by Diksha, based in Panipat, Haryana, India. Contact: help@jewelsbydiksha.com.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order, usually because a one-off piece sold moments earlier, we cancel it and refund you in full.

Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices shown in other currencies are an indicative conversion for your convenience; you are charged in Indian Rupees, and your bank's rate and any foreign transaction fee will decide the final amount on your statement.

We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid.

Product descriptions

Our jewellery is fashion jewellery: plated brass and stainless steel, with stones that are cubic zirconia, glass or semi-precious as described. It is not solid gold and not fine jewellery, and we never describe it as such. Stones are described honestly, where a piece uses a Swarovski alternative rather than Swarovski crystal, the listing says so.

Photographs are taken in natural light and we try hard to show true colour. Screens vary, and handmade pieces vary slightly from one to the next.

Payment

Payment is taken by our payment provider. We never receive your card or UPI credentials. Orders ship once payment clears.

Your rights if something is wrong

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, see Shipping & Returns.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape or disrupt this site, and do not copy our photographs or descriptions for your own shop.

Liability

We are responsible for the jewellery we sell you. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability is limited to what you paid for the order. Nothing here excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud, which cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of Panipat, Haryana have jurisdiction.
